1920年代，在中国基督徒中曾经对‘基督徒与爱国’进行过热烈的讨论。一百年过去了，这个题目不但没有老去，反倒与这个时代更加具有相关性了。在中国大陆，爱国主义又一次成为‘至高无上’的主题；海外华人中，对于自己的‘国’在哪里，常有困惑；在美国，不但政治家在推动爱国主义和国家主义，在很多的教会，其敬拜也常使人感受到爱国的情绪和表达。许多基督徒都对此颇有感触，都在思索和寻找如何在‘爱基督’和‘爱国’之间找到平衡。故此，本网站 （www.shifengyesu.org）诚邀各处基督徒分享他们的思考，以期众人从中发现真理，从而受益。约翰福音8:32你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由。
In the 1920s, there was a lively discussion among Chinese Christians about ‘Christians and patriotism’. One hundred years later, the topic has not only not aged, but has become more relevant to the times. In mainland China, ‘Loving China’ has once again become the ‘supreme’ theme; among overseas Chinese, there is often confusion as to which country they should give their most love to. In the United States, not only are politicians promoting patriotism and nationalism, but in many churches, their worship often gives voice to patriotic sentiments and expressions. Many Christians have felt this and are pondering and searching for ways to find a balance between ‘loving Christ’ and ‘loving one’s country’. Therefore, this website (www.shifengyesu.org) invites Christians from all over the world to share their reflections in order that all may find the truth and benefit from it.
