As I’m sure you’ve heard, the Taliban terrorist organization in Afghanistan is now retaking the country. Many thousands of people are now in serious risk of losing their lives. There are many believers, churches, and missionaries who are determined to remain and take a stand for Christ. We all need to be in prayer for the nation and for all who are at risk. I believe that soon we will be hearing of mass murder and total destruction of anything related to the church. I’m not asking for political responses or opinions here. I’m asking for us to pray.

It is time for the CHURCH to stand up.

May God have mercy on those in harms way.

Dear Saints at VMC
Greetings

Today, the Taliban captured the Presidential Palace in Kabul, Afghanistan, all 34 provinces of Afghanistan are under the control of Taliban now. Afghans are frightened and are deeply in concern.
 
Afghan Christians in Afghanistan are facing grave danger, it is obvious that the Taliban will try to find and kill them, there is no doubt in this.

My request from you is that please help to bring in Afghan Christians to Canada, the Canadian Government announced that they will bring in 20000 Afghans including religious minorities to Canada.

I kindly request you, to please let your church members, friends know about this opportunity, and let’s do something, let’s contact our MPs, the Canadian Immigration, and other authorities to help us introduce to them Afghan Chrisians who are facing death in Afghanistan.

We should also ask friends to donate and support to sponsor some of these families. I believe we can do it, please and please think about this request and situation urgently, because our brothers and sisters are really really in big trouble. It is the time that we should stand with them.

Please also ask your communities to help with this cause.

The Afghan Church in Canada (us) is looking for your support, help, prayers, let’s join our hands together and do something. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
